I have a Masters Degree in Elementary (PreK-6th) Education from James Madison University and just completed my 7th year as a teacher.
I have worked as an ESL Teacher in South Korea through the EPIK program, teaching 1st-6th grade.
I worked privately for families during Covid and became the sole teacher for students that were pulled from their in-person school.
I have been both a homeroom 4th grade and a homeroom 5th grade teacher in both public and private school settings…
…And I’ve just finished my second year teaching at Myrtle Grove Christian School as their school librarian. I taught students from 3 years old all the way through 8th grade, while also managing the library and running two book fairs a year!
I am very excited to be running a business out of my own home, and can’t wait to prepare young children for Kindergarten. Because of my varying experiences, I have been able to collect and plan amazing hands-on, educational activities to help students grow and love learning!
