At Einstein’s Imaginarium, we follow a year-round school calendar system. While we are a daycare, we try to provide the structure system of a school setup to begin preparing children for what they will face in Kindergarten when attending a US school! We go beyond preparing students with structured, educational activities inside the walls of the daycare, by also providing a calendar that mimics year-round school systems.

What this means is that our calendar acknowledges typical school holidays and breaks that students would become accustomed to if attending a year-round school. Yellow marked days of the calendar are the holidays the daycare will not be in session, and children will not attend. If you were to count the number of days the daycare is in session, it would be a total of 185 days, which also matches with requirements of US schools in North Carolina.

Green, Blue, and Pink marked days are our week long themed daycare camps! Parents can sign up their child to attend these immersive camps, as they are optional and not incorporated into typical daycare sessions. Green marked days belong to the Outdoor Adventure Camp. Blue marked days belong to the Space Explorers Adventure Camp. Pink marked days belong to the Around the World Adventure Camp. All information regarding these camps can be found under the “Classes” tab at the top of the website!
